A quick left arm fast bowler, Jun has had a fantastic year culminating in his selection for the Thailand senior squad who will travel to Jakarta at the end of 2011 to compete in the South East Asian Games. Jun also recently hit a Chiang Mai junior batting record 66 runs playing in a local senior game. An orphan, Jun’s only family is a sister with whom he has little contact. The Sponsor program has given him a ‘family’ and he has impressed everyone who has worked with him. He has completed his education and joined Eric and Martin as part of the groundstaff at Gymkhana. He also works as a part-time CMSCA coach around the schools. His job gives him the opportunity to stay in the game and join the Thai side whenever a call comes. Also the U-19 province opening bowler, Jun’s hard work and honesty means he is a popular character with his mates and coaches, and he deserves all the success and rewards that have come his way so far.
